Sakani was established to undertake a number of housing developments in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE and other countries in the MENA region. The development projects will be executed through Intermediary Vehicles, incorporated within the relevant jurisdictions that the development will take place. Each Intermediary vehicle will be established for the sole purpose of directly or indirectly holding the developments of the Investment Companies.
